Fitness nutrition

It's all about proteins

Currently, I'm in a "gain period" (of muscles).
I chose 2 products to help me in that fight , low carb, low sugar & a max of protein.

A new WHEY (isolat) "Black proteins" - chocolate coconut flavour - ARKENS
(pour 100 gr de produits = 82gr de protéines, 2.9gr carb (2 sugar) avec Krealkalyn et     BCAA ) délicous, easily digestible and a gain of energy !!

A lunch substitute Hight protein 40 low carb bar - chocolate - WEIDER
1 bar = 100gr = 40 gr of protein, 20 gr of carb (2.4 sugar + polyols 17 gr) fiber 13gr, fat 8.7 gr. Perfect for the lunch or after trainning.



And today it's my legs day !!!
